Company is Shady, CEO is Shady, They don't pay taxes sometime around govt will come and investors will come, Creditors will come, Friends will come, Employees will come for their money , almost debt of 20 crores company net worth hardly 1 crore and Mentally torture to employee and destroy you carrier if you join them, wouldn't be suprised if comments removed

Since it's a startup you have wear lot of hats which gives you exposure to a hell lot of things and the learning opportunity is tremendous

Dislikes

Even though you have a handsome salary, it's still just on the paper. You will not get that in your bank account even if you follow up with the management. They are least bothered to give you your salary and will give some of the other excuse and keep on pushing the dates of commitment. So join only if you want to do a freelancer stunt.

Ego of knowing that you know every thing , while you are just reading books. Spending time on linkedin doesn’t make you knowledgeable. Experience comes with doing things. Delayed Salaries. Some times employees work for free for months
