All things is bad they never gives bonus, they never pay overtime and force to work monday to sunday and also never gives leave at any condition also for health lissue. I need justice

Company culture is good , but sometimes seniors exploit juniors' unnecessary, people are on a senior post doesn't know how to manage work in PD department . Buttering a senior will help you in getting promoted.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow . the work pressure is very high . Sometimes I have to work more than office hours that doesn't make sense the world is making a change in working culture and in India they let their employees work even on Sundays if you will leave your desk just after 10 min of your office time its a big pain to the seniors. Politics as usual

I don't think i am getting something that should be appreciated. Everything is worse here. They are serving shits to their employees.

Dislikes

there is no timings fixed to work, you have to come at 9 o clock but no time is fixed when u complete your shift. You have to work at least 10-12 hours a day without getting any overtime. Even they force you to work in night shift also Don't give any appraisal to anyone till 2 years.

One should avoid joining this unorganised and full of dirty politics company.

There is no written procedures. No job security. abusive language is a trend. corrupt staff of production and other units disturb the work regular. No dignity at all of the staff.

Selfish company with no vision and agenda, Hire and fire culture entire top management is patehtic, they will hire you and wont guide you how to work without leads

if you join this company you will start missing your old company this bad this company is
