New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. There is nothing to like about this Company. The Company did not have the vison to sustain growth.

Dislikes

...o take money from the channel partners and used to send stocks after 3/4 months. During my tenure from 15th April 2021 to 31st March 2022, I did not receive Salary from December 2021 to March 2022. I had to stop my work without resigning so technically speaking I am still in the Company. How does this kind of Company sustain?
