You will get terrible training from ground level. You will learn everything with highest work pressure.

Dislikes

Non technical persons will teach you professionalism from their perspective only when they required. Otherwise no professionalism will be followed with you during work. You will not get any proper documentation from HR team. Infact there is no HR team. Any time you can get termination.

Nothing to like about company, worst company to work for

Dislikes

Company work enviornment is pathetic, almost 2-3 employees left the company every month. Owner has no peofessionalism, uses slang language while talking with managers, executives and workers. The company don't follow iso & api practices. all standards are only on paper and at the time of audit
