Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

Nothing to be apricated. Its a BPO calling company

Dislikes

...nter company, dont know why they call themself as accounting & audit consultant. Your salary will be deducted even if you are in hospital. 12-14 hours work. Project wise job, if an project is over you are terminated without any notice. they even dont allow to serve you the notice period. If you are looking for BPO jobs then join. Company is filled with Article & trainee no growth at all.

There is nothing to be likable in this organisation. You dont know when you will get your salary. you dont know whether next month you will be get a job or will sit idle at home on LWP forcefully by the organisation.

Dislikes

1. HR team is the worst in the organisation they are the main culprit for the bad environment. they always tell you about the policies which are not in a documented form it arises according to the situation. 2. Seniors are only concerned with work they will not give you any learning about the assignment. 3. You will not praised for the good work but will scolded badly by the seniors if you done any nominal mistake.

CEO Gaurav Sahu and Director Kumar Nagmani is really helpful and a great mentor to all the staff in terms of skills improvement, eye to detail, business acumen, leadership skills and opportunity to lead. For beginners it is a good place for learning.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Mostly the work pressure is high in consultancy.

Ample growth opportunities, good clientele

Dislikes

...mpany. You can be asked to leave anytime without proper notice and compensation.They have health insurance but the employees ate required to pay premium.if you get to work in assurance, TAS, taxation then it's good otherwise they mostly outsource their employees to companies for petty assignments which is not worth a experience
