50% will be cover for certification if you want do any certification T&C(you can't leave company before 12 months or else you need to give it back that money. No coupon, write a certificate if pass then submit certificate and take money and if you didn't pass in first attempt then you can't get 50% also). No carrier growth as if you want to switch to another other project even if you well experience with that technology you can't , managers can't doing anything because they don't have anything in there hand. Can't get hands-on new skills if you working for other technology as don't push you proactively for that, mails to showcase only we care for employees nothing much. Work-life balance depends on project to project.

You will get your salary on time. CEO Arjun Rao

Allowances come with great difficulty even if you are eligible. Managers will sacrifice employee welfare over pretty profit. You will not be recognized until you keep your recognition.

... * Good WLB when in-office. * Free Lunch and Dinner in office pre-pandemic. * Salary is all Base, so no 'package-inflation' with Variable and Stocks (coz privately held company). * Most projects are decent, and velocity will not cause pressure. * Lot of people re-join after leaving, coz work-pressure is not high. * People join here for the long-haul.

...ternational clients seek calls at night, but mgmt expects to work during day. * Salary wont be bumped a lot unless you put your foot out the door. Most benefits were taken away during pandemic, and no support to remote-workforce in terms of reimbursements etc. * For learning, you are mostly on your own. And you'll only be reinbursed for your certifications if there's a direct 'business justification', and that too 50%. * People come here to retire, and a lot of workforce and technologies have been in the game for 8-20years. All upcoming tech dies with POCs and buzzwords in PPTs. * Most peers will have a limited technical capacity, so if you are a fresher, don't expect a lot to learn. * Join, only if you are getting a good in-hand, and switch if bored/frustrated. HR doesn't have much a free-hand so you are on your own for most stuff. * Throwing money (conservatively) is their only play at retaining talent. * Expect a lot of non-meaningful non-impactful work. Most bright people I interacted with left within an year.

...tivities, you can enjoy it if you can enjoy but sometimes it feels overwhelming. The compensation they offer for the work is comparatively very less. You get a lot of exposure at the cost of CTC.
