...ase don't join here, other wise you will face a situation to apologize yourself. please don't join here, and they pay utmost less salaries when compared to other organizations. they don't know how to respect their subordinates., sometimes they play dramas toooooo.

1.ValueLabs as a company has nothing great to offer in terms of salary, good projects, career growth or work environment. 2.They get projects based on obsolete technologies which is hardly being used now a days. All the clients are small time companies (mostly domestic companies) so career wise it has nothing to offer. 3. Transparency, work ethics, learning opportunities is something which you should least expect. 4. Senior management is loaded with oldies who have been associated with the company since the beginning of their career with 0 exposure to other corporate/MNCs so the only thing that helps growing up in the ladder is pampering their ego. 5. Though the company is 20 yrs old but quality, process, compliance and HR policies are not at par with the current industry. 6.In fact they don't even comply with the shops & establishment act. Company lacks vision and strategic leadership. 7.No job security. 8. They hardly have any development projects and which they do work on primitive technologies 9. Majority of the teams does only testing and that too manual testing. 10.you may be hired for automation testing but you'll end up working on manual testing. 11. In senior management teams you would see husband and wife reporting to each other. Nepotism, what's that? 12. Employees are prompted to give positive feedback about the company in platforms like glassdoor and other surveys. 13. Oh we have our very own HR Business Partners team writing positive feedback about the company from Fake accounts. 14. Performance appraisal process is primitive. Company still follows bell curve but doesn't even know to implement that as well. 15. Ratings are influenced by HR and senior leadership who would just randomly change your rating without even taking appraisers feedback to meet the bell curve. 17. Top management is lead by all non technical people. Hence a lot of irrational rather illogical decisions taken on behalf of delivery teams.

...any culture is also great, people here are helpful & of growth oriented mindset. Salary is also great also the annual increment brings smile with a good percentage figure.

Dislikes

well this depends on the management & project but as i have experienced they want employees to work only & do nothing else in their life, micromanagment is genes of some people holding higher positions in the organisation. Working hours are not strict at all, you start on time & never closes your laptop.

they gave appraisal in every 6 month but nothing to like about it as they dont bother to give salary for their employees.

there is a huge list of dislikes which I can mention up here: they dont believe in giving monthly salary they holds the salary every 3-4 months and then release for only 2 months or 3 months that still shows the hold for one month and folllowed by other months. the working culture is worst, they behave like some lala company full politics, no skill enhancement. they use one employee for all the work for all other departments but they are not ready to pay on time or a monthly salary. there is no proper login logout hours, if you login at 8-9-10-11 am doesnt matter you have to work till 11 or 11.30pm at night. there is no weekend for valuelabs employee there managers can anytime ask to work on reports for them. there are zero values and ethics in this company,,, I recommend everyone not to join this at any cost, they can bribe you with good package,,,but what is the use if you are not going to get this salary for many months. there is no work life balance, no mental peace, no salary on time. NOTE: IF YOU ARE SINGLE EARNER IN YOUR FAMILY DONT EVEN THINK OF JOIN THIS COMPANY WHICH DONT BELIEVE IN PAYING SALARY ON MONTHLY BASIS.
