No friendly atmosphere. You'll always work under pressure because you would feel like someone will snatch your job tomorrow. They have no proper blockchain team leader. Blockchain department is just being assigned frontend projects. Comapany seriously struggling to bag outstanding blockchain projects. They would assign weird projects which are irrelevant with your tech stack. NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL. Experienced persons should go for MNCs. Company is good for freshers

...the worst company I have ever worked. No work life balance, too much politics. The worst thing is they your part of salary in name of retention and promise to give it when you complete an year, after completing year they doesn't give your money back but say they will give it another year and continue deduction your part of salary in name of retention. If you are 5 min late they you are absent in morning half, If you are on resignation they you are going to be a victim of politics for 3 months

No appraisals, even after 2% and 6month delayed appraisals didn't give the pending 6-month arrears. There is no job security, you can be asked to leave or will be sent to PIP if they don't have a client. For clock-in and out there is a mobile app that'll monitor your location and if you get outside the radius you'll be clocked out and your attendance will be 0. You'll need to clock in and out from the office location only and working hours should be 9.

Micromanagement , HR department , Strict policies , Salary deductions if you are one minute late , no leaves no matter how big the emergeny is , continuous phone tracking , monitoring your laptop .
