On Time salary.
No job security: Despite working very hard you can be asked to leave any day without any proper reason, you will be just told that you are not performing well.
Hire and Fire policy: They just hire people and make them work like servants, even till late nights. And then also you are hired.
Office Politics: A lot of office politics is done here, if you are among the favorites of higher management then its totally okay for you but if you are not then it would be like a scariest nightmare for you. Even your ratings will be altered and given as the worst to the CEO and then you will be asked to leave any day.
Ratings are altered: Ratings are altered by the ones who don't know what we are working upon and how really we are performing, the one who have seen us working their ratings don't matter. So at last whether you perform or not ratings would be given according to the parameter that Tanay likes you or not.
No management: The HR just do nothing, they don't even reply to you when you need any help from them.
No appreciation: No one here will be satisfied with your work and not even appreciate you, despite they will be saying "this work should be completed a long time back". This statement would be told by the non-technical person who doesn't have any knowledge of how long the task would take to be completed. And then even after working hard you will not be getting any ratings.
Unrealistic expectations: Even if you are a fresher they would expect you to replace 5-6 year senior and would expect you to know everything. They would not provide you any time to study and do research before working on any project.
No work-life balance: There is no work life balance once you join Valuebound, according to them you should always be working even after the office hours and weekends. Even would not give you any holidays if you are an intern or on probation even in any festival or even if you are extremely sick.
NOTE: Do not leave any other company's offer if you have already joined or are a fresher or doing any internship. If you get your joining do not think twice before accepting offer for any of the other company. Because in start everything would look very sweet but at end they will destroy your life.
Hire and Fire Policy :
No job security, they hire in emergencies with good packages. Once the work is done they will ask you to leave nicely by saying there are no projects.

Tarun and Ashish are pressurizing to work late nights/weekends saying Neeraj (CEO) needs asap.
The CEO doesn't support and has unrealistic expectations.
No budget is allocated for snacks, trips or team outings, if allocated it is much less.
If you speak for yourself, you are given a low performance rating, due to low performance they can lay off or fire you or put you on the bench.
If you are performing well in your tasks but the CEO has unexpected and realistic expectations, they may still raise performance issues. this could lead to them asking you to leave the company if you are on probation or even terminating your employment.
They hired interns for Indore location and then fired them, tanay plays major role in their performance rating and termination
I would suggest you don't join if political people like tanay, tarun , ashish are there you job is always at risk.
Message to Management - CEO is influenced by wrong and new peoples, which leads losing of good and old employees. HR are useless. Politics started by recent new joiners Thanks to Tarun , Tanay, Ashish . Micro managed by Puja ji.
Terrible place to work at. They not only ruin your career but also your life and will definitely get what they deserve.
Never ever join them specially if you are a boy, or a girl/women who cannot flirt. If you don't have a job it's better to remain unemployed, but don't join these liars and frauds.
When you leave this company it will be the happiest day of your life.

Will be asked to leave as project gets over.
The CEO's wife is a control freak, controls her husband CEO and micro manages everything and everyone. Shouts in office, highly toxic. Doesn't know basic English, is illiterate about everything.
CEO wants you to work for 13-14 hours a day. Sits and posts on Linkedin all the time thinks that is work. He is a disgrace to his institute.
CEO doesnt behave well with female employees, does not know how to talk decently. Wife encourages this behavior.
All good seniors have left also others are pushed to either quit or made to work by using unreasonable timings, even calendar is managed by CEO of seniors.
Most previous employees who left have very bad trauma they are still dealing with.
CEO has case against him.
They should change company name to Micro Management Bound.
