It's entirely about appraisal and bonus policy which management won't reveal or discuss properly. The parameters should be same for each level and person. None is fresher here that we won't get what is going around. People with great KRA and minimal leave records getting the horrible bonus and hike in appraisal and with worst KRA holders and almost empty leave bucket employees are praised here. If it's performance bonus employees have all the right to know the parameters. It's visibly highlighted this year, bonus and appraisal are subject to face value, skills of oiling and buttering to management and part of favourite/relative list. Who're working hard day and night getting the least. This is my hearty request to the management please don't be that much extreme biased, face value mattered and ignorant that you loose actual dedicated and good employees. All are not skilled with highlighting themselves to your attention other than their working skills and well manner. Keep praising your favorites but don't push your real assets. Employees who were once feeling proud to be part this organisation, are now regretting to their decision. It's not too late yet. All we want is a bias less and healthy environment as it was there but (sadly) not anymore.

Being a process associate I think we are value less than managers. Where we are getting 5k to 20k performance bonus and managers are getting more than 1 lakh. We are nothing, we don't put any value in it. Everything is done by managers. Great perciality!!! Very sorry to say this is intolerable.

Main issue is on performance bonus. I have given my best and also performed well. I have created many process improvement plan as well and at last I have got very poor bonus and I'm very much disappointed. How can I get motivation to work further with dedication.

...ey have certain rules which is there in every company but is only followed here. I love this company only if it could not be the salary issue I would have become a permanent employee here..however you can join here and work peacefully as even the work environment is so enthusiastic and lively, there no way you will ever get bored here as they have these functions time to time which is great with great talented people in there.

Since I have joined this company few things I would like to mention here that company provides salary on time, durga puja bonus, saturday and sunday fixed day off but apart from this I don't know any good experience.

Need to work on Leave policies, there is an element of nepotism also if someone outside of favourite zone doing well and one who is closed to the manager or TL's the appreciation goes to who is very favorite of manager and TL's by default no matter how others are hardworking. Too much work pressure that at times very unbearable. I want to add few more things that is no self respect if any small work related issue occurs they will shout at you and this is a totally behavior issue. * No career growth expected in the future * Increment not good at all If someone want a good growth In career please don't go for this company.
