Nothing is good in this company. Not recommended to anyone.

...calls nothing. suddenly you will woke up and see they have throughned you out. 4 - They don't even pay you the salary . They would just say it is on hold and after that you will just loose contact with them as they will not reply to your mails,calls or texts. Just an advise, prefer being unemployed rather that working here.

Low salary , they will provide you work even in Sunday which will ruin whole Sunday, including hr everyone work on same things same work for all positions, no new learning and growth opportunity

Unfair & unprofessional practices, too low in-hand salary (NOTE: they may mention a very fancy salary in the JD, but 60-70% of it is target achievement or "performance"based & they put unreasonably high targets). no job security (people are fired with no prior notice within 1-1.5 months of joining), hostile/rude behavior of management, HR (everyone)

Nothing, from starting they are fraud. they will hire you for big packages, but they will give only 40% of that. From day 1, there will be no training, and you will be expected to work like other seniors. Leave policies are worst, only 1 leave in a month. and you can't carry forward it, means if you don't take the leave, then it will be lost in next month. Please don't join them.

No growth: there are literally 2-3 people who are actually "Seniors", rest are the same post. so no growth. they hire & fire freshers every now & then. every 2-3 days you will be threaten to leave the job if you don't complete their targets Unethical approaches: they will give double work on Saturday, so that you will work on Sundays too.

Pathetic environment and everything...even they are not paying my notice period salary in this pandemic situation.

Nothing is good...worst decision of my life to join this company...alot of work pressure, and politics.. nothing is good about it... I'm glad I'm no more working over there..
