company culture, job security, immediate replacement of further job, most important thing is salary will be credited in time like exact 31st or 30th of month end. but salary is very lesser than other companies when it compares to another company CTC..

appraisal & promotions, they're didn't offered any kind of skill development, learning about daily bases courses and all, if they offered to give any opportunity for learning means will do our best and took good opportunities from other companies.

Stressful job and long working hours, plus salary is too less for the amount of work done by employee , not upto market standards

No coperative staff , we have invest our time and energy but they didn't consider....1star also not suitable.. we have to work on weekend also...

Wonderful experience, Management is very good, On time salary, on time appraisals.

There is No dislikes about Value Points systems, Company management take care of employs in very good manner, all facilities are available within office.

Salary on time ONLY. Rest of the thing worse than BAD. Period.

Unprofessional, Careless, Unsupportive, Unresponsive, YES SIR/MADAM to Clients. People will kneel to the clients whether it is understandable query or unreasonable query for them. Hope you get the gist of it. FORGET about Hike/Appraisals being done yearly basis, they would do whenever they would please. Mine was done after 4 years. I'd have left them but COVID happened.
