Nothing is good neither the management nor managers and HR ... Company name is valuepitch but there is no value for people who works hard .. You will be valued only when u know best chamcha giri. Dont ask for salary increment you will be terminated.

If you want to learn and grow as a tech engineer Valuepitch is a great place to have. It has a Mixed bag of Classical and modern technology blend. The Simple Mantra over here is 'Keep it as Simple as possible'. Here I got to learn many New Technologies , Explore new Areas of my streangths . Visit Places when required as a tech and Build my own Personality and Communications Skills as well. Working Here I have done big or small approximately 30+ projects and Major Tasks.

Compensation is Moderate and sometimes work pressure is very high being a start up like company sometimes you have to be ready to work on weekends / From home late nights As only one person is involved in a given project at a time there are chances of getting stuck in the middle for longer periods.
