Dislikes

Work life balance is shattered, we have worked most of the weekends and late nights in last one year. Employees will not get the respect and value for the hard work but you will pushed to a corner if you get any escalation. Most of the projects have aggressive timelines and it’s very hard to catch up if you lost even couple of weeks

Internal politics, under-rating the new joinees, Old Juniors shoe-lickers have more power and better salary and post. No team support, immense pressure of work, no work-life balance, unusual estimation, lack of knowledge of systems, always pushing approach by higher ranked people, can't ask for leaves, people sitting there to make your life miserable and pointing out your mistakes which is like you are thinking other way.
