In today ERA one of the worst company in world... Sarigam plant is totally unsafe.. Give money to government department official & Hide Dangerous & unsafe conditions under carpet..not today but tomorrow this plant may bi witness of human casualties..

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
