...when you as ask for cab service. Does not know how to treat female employees. 6. Wastage of money: They can't pay salary on time, but they pop lakhs of champagne on a single night for celebrating their mediocrity.

Valiance provides us vast amount of opportunites to explore different tech stacks... I have been working as Full time employee with Valiance for over 2.5+ yrs now.. Company provided me different opportunities to grow as a developer like I started on React Native, then worked on Python, Django, GoLang and also AWS. Company encourages and sponsers in different certifications across cloud as well.

Definitely, Job Security is the thing which sometimes hampers you but this is what corporate all about. You can not feel secure in any organization so everything depends on your performance.
