1. Salary is delayed almost every other month, with no official communication from the HR. 2. Very poor projects. You will be ashamed to write them in your CV. 3. Gender pay gap. 4. No cab service. 5. Unprofessional managers don't know how to speak decently. 6. No job security. You can be asked to search outside anyytime.

Valiance provides us vast amount of opportunites to explore different tech stacks... I have been working as Full time employee with Valiance for over 2.5+ yrs now.. Company provided me different opportunities to grow as a developer like I started on React Native, then worked on Python, Django, GoLang and also AWS. Company encourages and sponsers in different certifications across cloud as well.
