Terrible pay, managers do not care about employees, You will be lied to Everyone walks on eggshells because of the toxic leadership. Without a doubt the worst, most dysfunctional employer I have ever had.

There is nothing available in that company which can be liked.

No job security, They will fire employees for management's fault, no work culture, they will pay for social medials to give positive reviews.

During overtime, they will give you a little meal at the end of the night, and it still tasted ok, even though it's been wrapped in plastic and sitting in a heater for about 4 hours before you can eat it.

Dislikes

...each employee's direct supervisor which constantly created communication issues. They also did not pay vendors or employees properly/on-time, and blamed staff for all the issues. The management will tell you everything you ever wanted to hear in an interview, but beware it is not sunshine and roses, when you are hired, make sure to check your employee agreement.

You're basically responsible for ensuring that ensuring we use are working as they should. NO ROOM FOR ERROR. Imagine the weight of the responsibility constantly bearing down on you. Then there's the endless back and forth with clients and colleagues. Everyone has their own idea of how things should be done, and trying to find common ground can feel like banging your head against a brick wall.

...e clients were often rude and disrespectful, and their expectations were insane. Tolerating all this without career or pay growth was terrible. I quit when I saw no hope.
