a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

This company have a internal issue for employee permanent or promotion .only Tamil employees had that oppertunity.wb or Bihar employees haven't any chance to permanent they only do 3year trainee.

...r is hell. Never go to RnD .Its better to been a jobless. Worst culture in RnD .Boss behavior is like owner of company and always bring salary . Always demotivated the person and do hell like devil. Never to in RnD .

...s or new employees they are not telling under which payroll you are going to be. Valeo payroll is the best for everything with more salary and more hikes. But others are with less salary, less benefits and less hikes. But nowadays for valeo employees also hike is very less. Very frustrated. They are not even considering our efforts for hikes. They are not even converting to internal employee. Lost confidence in working. Lost interest in working here.
