Talking about Mechanical,- Uncertain layoff , team switching, no growth & politics in some team due to incompetent managers to secure their job. One such team I have worked and unemployed for months.

Employees need to be recognised for their work individually and considered for upgrade of their position and project development by the Manager not that employee needs to enact on it it’s higher officials to enact.

No learning and no growth in the position. most of the project are support. note the above mentioned thing is for it for embedded and mechanical related work there would be a lot of learning.
