Especially culture in ths tcc is to improve very much. Opportunities should be equal to all. Fevorism for their community people makes others and competent resource to feel not wel. Work culture was very good earlier, and it got transformation post COVID..

I have worked in Valeo for 4 years and 5 months. It was my first company The salary is very good Bonus policies are awesome Hike is excellent

Learnings will be less Once a project is established then if any sub project comes there is no stand alone for this sub project it has to follow the already established project even though the working style is different No work from home for hardware depended projects

If you work enthusiastically, you will be given better work and more salary(though within the slab). WLB is generally good (but it depends on your manager) Learning in some teams is excellent (but very few exist)

Dislikes

If your team follows ASPICE strictly, your work will be overburdened with processes. Processes are not mature yet. Adding to the problem. Freshers are used as Unit testing machines. Not the best pay in the market.

Leader always matters. Middle management like Managers and Team Leaders have to understand. HR team has to be unbiased

...and the management is good. There is a cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike andd bonus every year.
