Working enviornment is good. Salary is also very good as compared to other companies. But there is no job security. Many service engineers and people from top management got fired during corona pendemic.

No job security. Lot of politics just like other companies in India.

Good company for learning and development. Employee engagement is good. Statbility for the employees in the group. Growth opportunity avalable in the group for the performing employees. Remuneration and propomition is also good. CFO and HR head is same so all the approval is under one roof and he is supporting too.

There is nothing to like about the organisation. Neither it is Valeo nor Motherson. No rules no regulations.

Dislikes

Hate the company policies as there is no HR. Finance head is heading HR department and the whole decision is with him only. COO is also doing his job just to enjoy the company perks and feed his family. No vision n mission of the organisation Company is running on god's grace. You can enter the organisation by yourself but you cannot leave the organisation by walking on the straight path. HR is so weak that providing an experience n relieving letter takes 3-4 months for an one month notice period. Strictly a big no to join this organisation.

Teamwork, Leadership, work security, working environment, sometimes we need to work under pressure but that's not a problem for me.

Job Security is not there as I have given my five years to the company but due to lockdown company did not support to us in this crucial time
