There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

You can learn many new concepts and there is lot or be learnt from online portal and the people around you some of them will be well knowledged whereas other only mouth speak not technically skilled

It's poltics everywhere and even if you know well about it also they will try to push you down.. at the end you I'll be named as knowless and will make you to quit the job

Unfriendly managers, poisonous work culture. They corner a employee if he raises voice for any concern.. There are many egoistic managers and team leaders who don't know how to treat a human leave alone a employee. The hikes and promotions are bad as they award them to unsuitable employees

I am a Neem trainee for this.. so in this way i can say there was no any optunities for production... And if you are a non tamil person... so i presonaly don't waste you time for this type of company as an diploma/ B.E./B.tech.
