Nothing to like about company management

... but didn't submit to relevant government department. 2. No health insurance. 3. Salary delays more than 3 months. 4. No work or projects. 5. Selectively pay salary to employees from which they want support in a project. 6. If you resign they will not clear your F&F untill you file a legal case against them, and they even buy your lawyer sometimes to dismiss the case. 7. HR (Vandita Agarwal) very clever lady, She will never tell you about salary delay during joining or even lie to employees when they ask and ruin life of many employees. 8. Our entire CSA team resigns still the Management (M.D Shantharam & Director Jagadeesha babu) play dirty game to fire employees rather than paying their salary. If you have a two option (a) Join Valdel (b) death, I suggest you choose death, because after joining all your savings will spend to manage the expenses and they will not pay a single peny and force you to come office daily.

Only dislikes, worst company ever I worked with. They don't pay salaries on time don't pay pf and taxes

Forget about salaries if you wanna do charity work then only join valdel, they don't provide salary on time, min 3 month delay and forget about full and final settlement amount ,PF and taxes they didn't filled 2022-23 year taxes till date

...t the team manager I work for. HR no authority to whom to keep and whom to fire. Salaries are not paid on time. No systematic procedure for working. Not a good company to enhance u r skills.

Dislikes

No skill enhanced, no appraisal, no promotion provided for the past 4 years and no recognition for hard work. Nepotism and favoring to close aid by higher authority and management. Has been following blame culture on subordinate since high position managers arent fit to take responsibility and lead. Biased work culture, low job security. Technically unfit and person having less management skills are handling the projects and leading management.

Job security wise the company is good when compared to other competitors.

Salary increment wasn't good even though they are conducting open recruitment and paying comparatively good salary to the new joinees than the old employees.

1.Pf cut from salary but not credit to ac from last 3 year 2.tax is also not submitted to itr site 3.salary delay 3 month to 4 month , don't hope you get every month 4.if you give resignation you don't get full and final amount with last month salary. If you want join please ask previous employees also if you think this fake
