1 The role Technical Advisor is nothing more and less than a Sales officer and a Field Assistant.. 2 They Don't Care about farmers also Employees... 3 These People are Completely Commercial , They just want Sales and marketing of the Their Dumb useless Products. 4 Don't Agree to join as an off-role Candidate. (I am working since 1.5yrs still they didn't gave me on-role , even though I have achieved all my targets) 5 Managers are useless and Dumb Psychos. 6 They abuse for silly reasons and pressurize to achieve targets. 7 ZM and ASM are worst , They always take credit of the Employees..Mainly ZM useless fellow 8 They Don't give TA and DA on time.. they ask each and every detail for TA and DA..(they don't approve The bills if you don't meet targets) 9 Mainly 50% of the bio-stimulants (products) don't Work.. 10 Price of Bio Stimulants on average is 1200 (manufacturing cost is Less than 200) ..This is complete loot of farmers.

1 Valagro is not a Place for Humans. 2 They Ask's you to work on Sundays too.. 3 Flop Products with too-much cost 4 No job security ( they will force you to resign) 5 They will give target of 5lakhs (which is impossible to achieve) 6 Products don't work in field conditions 7 Bad Place for Freshers 8 Experience from this Company is not Considered by other Companies. 9 Products doesn't have Govt Permission to be sold 10 If You have offer letter from this Company , Better you Delete it. If Valagro Employees are seeing my review , Be proud of me ... as I Posted all the facts and Bitter truth about Company which you can't !
