All Employee, Management staff is good and good response to same , not showing ego -power, This organization good for small person like 10K -25K,after not salary hike. To many employee are working last since more than 15 years within salary Rs.25-30K.

Teammates a very supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good. Good work environment and culture.

On the job joining training is not given to new joinees. Salary is less & career growth is very slow. Management doesn't address our issues.

Alternative saturday off, and my HOD means my boss and my colleague's, I really appreciate my team and senior's they where very supportive and helpful.

...ses made to its employees and franchise. Doesn't care about it employees anyday. No personal life,no support for employees during pandemic and also deducted salary even after making them work for every day in lockdown without holidays. Putting employees on sabatical leave who had network issue in their locality. Not an employee friendly company.

The company had a sense of direction before 2 years which is forgotten over time now.

.... The company has not paid bonuses to all its employees since the last 2 years. There is also a portion of 20% of your monthly takeaway salary that the company mentions as variable pay which is not being paid since last 1 year. IT MEANS THAT THE SALARY OF THE CURRENT EMPLOYEES IS REDUCED BY AROUND 30% OF WHAT IS MENTIONED IN THEIR CTC. The company expects you to be available 24/7 for the job allotted to you which might not even be your area of expertise. The iteration has increased substantially from the past year given the above circumstances. JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION OF EARNING YOUR BREAD.
