We do not have beach concept and flat hierarchy, so all are active in projects and anybody can reach top most members of the organization with ease. People used to get recognized easily.

Could make much more betterment in the work culture.

They do have Few Skilled Leaders and Managers, who are ready to provide least scope to learn. They are the saving grace and light at the end of the tunnel.

Dislikes

Almost everything. Poor Work culture. Less Learning, More Politics. Work Completion is Secondary. Customer and Manager Pleasing is Primary. Zero Appreciation. 100% Escalation. Too Much of False Promises to Employees. Hikes and Promotions Based on Management Likes rather than that of Performance. Management will dictate, They won't listen employees need or issues.

There are no employee benefits Work-Life Balance is not good Work Environment will not look like IT company There is no IT work culture Everyone used to speak only Tamil. No career growth at all. In the offer letter, they mentioned Chennai Location but later they asked us to come to Trichy location.
