I briefly worked as a dedicated freelancer at Vajra Global. Oct 2021 - Jan 2022. The payment and salary were reasonable and credited on time. Unfortunately, they kicked me out and didn't give me two months of salary without any prior notice because my writing became poor. Despite working without any proper leaves and delivering extensive quantities of case studies. I felt very motivated after the sudden layoff but couldn't do anything as it is a big organization.

You'll get a freedom of working in your own style, at the end you need to show the results. So working in our own style gives good feel about the work and workplace and getting results isn't that hard if we work in our style.

There is no proper training before assigning work. Once the writers make slips, a volley of instructions is given with random examples. Hence, i could not keep up my spirit. I believe this should be the case for many to quit

Hi, when I joined vajra I even don't know how to design and they thought me a lot in Clint handling, business analytics and way for presentation so I would like to recommend fresher's. They can have lot of benefits here.
