In this company only QA physicians can work with more satisfaction. They have high salary, low work load, high level of authorities and lower level of responsibilities. They have the permission to come and go at any time. Their major duty is to report and criticise about other officers and workers to the top level management. After that their duty is finished.In short they are the king in that company. On the other hand Product physicians have lesser satisfaction in this company. They have lower salary, high work load, lower level of authority and high level of responsibilities. They are also treated as the servant of QA physicians. But the qualification for QA physicians and product physicians are same. When if these policies are changed then Vaidyarathnam company will improve otherwise this company not improve.
