Therefore promotion is got in this company is only the employees who has a great hold in their entrepreneurs only and others are more efficient then their entrepreneurs has not give a value to the efficiencies oof these employees. Therefore the ego complex of the top level executives are always more in this company is compared to other companies which is adversely effect the work environment of this company.

Major advantage of working in that company is got salary for a month is in first working day of the next month which means that salary of July 2024 will got on 01.08.2024. If it is a holiday it will get on next working day. This tendency is not usually found in private companies.
Salary of all employees are very low as compared to other companies and there are no job security. Job atmosphere of the company is very bad except QC officials. There is not any centralized control therefore policy of each units and departments changed when the manager of the department or unit head of the unit. If anyonecis working in Vaidyaratnam Company none of the skills are improved except letter drafting skills because the company has not a technological growth or development.

It is a company which has not a good culture and there are no job security. So the managers are changed at any time and their policies are also to be changed. In this company if any employee is doing their work at efficiently and effectively that employee has not get any value in the company. But if any employee has giving complaint about other employees including managers to the top management that employee has get good value from its entrepreneurs. It was adversely effect the Co ordination among the employees. So every employee is cheating other employees for protecting their personal interest.
