..., hike, incentive and recognition. Very cheap work environment and management. Pay you less than a daily wage worker. And yes terminate you for silly reasons no matter how long you've been working with them. Request you to please don't fall in their trap just because you are in need of job there are ample of great opportunities out there.

...ed and fires. It just exploits the selected candidate. There is no job security. It does not pay you for the time worked. They is lack of proper communication. HR doesn't reply, the superior doesn't reply on time. It's a utter waste of time. Employees are exploited in this company. It is a fraudulent organization.

...ns instead of 8hours because I got terminated I couldn’t complete working hours. And this doesn’t ends here she said she won’t pay for weekoffs(1st and 2nd June) because company doesn’t have to pay for week offs according to her and I can just go on about the worst experience I had with such an horrible person. Thanks to HR she sorted things out and I got paid for week off along with half working day. Just don’t go to work with this company trust me that’s best you can do to save yourself that’s it.

Pros: Good place to learn academic writing skills. Starting salary is fine. Superiors are supportive.

Dislikes

Appraisals take more time than usual. Lesser chances to utilize and improve other skills such as problem solving, initiative, and communication skills.
