HR doesn't reply, the superior doesn't reply on time. It's a utter waste of time. Employees are exploited in this company. It is a fraudulent organization.

Appraisals take more time than usual. Lesser chances to utilize and improve other skills such as problem solving, initiative, and communication skills.

This is a target based company. Based on targets the salary will be deducted. Only one time I got the full salray remaining months I didn't get because of targets.

This company lacks in almost every field be it training, job security, growth, salary, work-life balance everything is just terrible. I worked as a content developer with this company. Here is my summary regarding this company: (1) You would be hired as a full-time employee but the job would be totally target based. The more questions you solve, the more money you get per question. It is a freelancing job. (2) There is no job security. You can be hired on the 1st of the month after a rigorous and irritating process of the interview while at the same time they can terminate you in the same month. It totally depends on them. (3) The management of this company is terrible. Subject leads do not have even a single leadership quality. You can keep asking them something but they would respond only if they want. My advice to anybody willing to join this company is that please avoid this company as much as possible. If you have just no other option then it is a different thing. If you have any other option, go for it. This place is not good for your growth. As I said, if you can manage to get a freelancing position in this company, it is better because there's not much difference and you'll have way less work stress.
