As an early stage start up, this company gave vast avenues to learn and grow! Learning curve was pretty steep. The team was pretty good and hardworking! There are few teams who do heavy lifting in the company but they are not valued. Most good people have left the company

Dislikes

The CEO and leadership team play favourite. CEO is really disconnected from ground realities neither is he open to any kind of feedback. He has got a group of people who are yes men, if you try to logically counter his points, he gets pissed off. He is running an ops company and trying to paint a AI/ML/Tech picture about it. There is no product which this company has launched, neither they are planning to. And there is no tech!

Should have treated everyone same. Like they have Core team and Calling team separate. Where Calling team make revenue and Core team enjoys... So Lame:)

The company readily adopts the latest technology and they follow AGILE development cycle. Being a part of the team you are supposed to work on the feature from the development till the feature is pushed into production. In my internship, I learned so many technologies. Also, the team members are very helpful as they will guide you whenever you are stuck at some problems.

Dislikes

The work culture is sometimes exhausting as you will spend some of the weekends doing work. Also, the internship stipend was less when compared with other startups.
