...d top priorities given in terms of safety, social distancing, thermal screening. With respect to pay when no work also they have paid salaries and management have retained all the employees.

Dislikes

We find time constraint for product delivery time but know this has becomes part of our planning how to over come these obstacles.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
