Package and promotion is a bit slow. I guess this depends upon your projects and previous CTC as well. Rest, HR response and most of the documentation/formalities is slow from the organisation side.

If you are an off role employee then be cautious there is salary issue for off role employee who are working as executive and TL position. Never ever join this company for this position.

There is only one successful project in this company is g pay and all the projects are failed projects. And company is dependent on this only.
...learning at all. 0 tools to be used which you can learn and apply in other orgs. Starting salary is very low and also the Increment is way too low.. Definitely not recommended if you want to scale heights in your career.
