GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

The salary is on time,

So, let's begin with the real game. The company has been changing and continuously shaping itself into a bad work environment place. In the name of restructuring they are putting pressure on the employee to put there resignation. The so called management, Deepak sheron, Sanjeev don't have the experience of how to handle a situation, they just try to avoid, or sometime put guns on the Hr shoulder to make fire. Not everyone is bad in the organization, some are worst, Like avik, he is a kind of person who hold grudges against the people, while sitting at the managerial level. The company fails to address the issue raised by the people in the organization, even if you are giving your 100% they make you feel like you are a burden to the organization. The HR in the organization, should not be addressed as Human resource, probably marking them as a labor contractor, as they don't talk about the rights of a employee in an organization, if you are raising any issue to them, you probably ending up with more trouble. Some of them don't know how to talk. Rest depending on your project, how worst you can experience out, I would not mark my experience at the organization as worst or bad, it was decent, but the management is hell,

Nothing. A very toxic company with horrible TLs Manager & HR.

...he female employee got benefits like unlimited leaves and wfh opportunities. 3. You get plenty of sympathy and promotion and salary raises for being the third gender just to show inclusivity. Someone deserving with constant good work is ignored. 4. The hr is not helpful and instead of fixing the issues she will hide the issues. 5. The organisation works on buttering your senior the more you butter the more you can have an easy life. Your knowledge your handwork never works.

No job security in my tenure they fired my whole team Salary was very low Hr was so inhuman and puppet of the management And management totally sucks over there Management threatens you for HR connect if you refuse to work on weekends(actually they threatens you for each and every thing)and I am so shocked at HR connect TL and HR pressurize you by saying if you don't work on weekends then it will affect your employment. I voluntarily leave the organisation and they didn't give me my fnf Employee turnover or employee attrition is very high over there and employee retention rate it's very poor Don't join this organisation ever try to stay away from these organisations

  • Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

... 4-5 years. Always get appraisal 2-3 months late just because of slow HR teams. HR teams do not have proper knowledge of salary deduction and always fail to justify.
