... to clean it (based on certain assumptions and those assumptions keep changing). No Salary hike, No communication or Upskilling , Nothing but just pure Buttering, Time wasting, and dominance by earlier employees. They want you to Resign so that their mistaked kept hiding. They work on literally wild guessing. They call themselves MNC but its not. There is no Managemnt but only young people who completed grad or masters. No single old person is there. (I.e working from ages as we usually have in other companies) Who so ever their management is ...they need to see in this matter ...if not then they migjt wanted ti see the doors shut.

No job security in my tenure they fired my whole team Salary was very low Hr was so inhuman and puppet of the management And management totally sucks over there Management threatens you for HR connect if you refuse to work on weekends(actually they threatens you for each and every thing)and I am so shocked at HR connect TL and HR pressurize you by saying if you don't work on weekends then it will affect your employment. I voluntarily leave the organisation and they didn't give me my fnf Employee turnover or employee attrition is very high over there and employee retention rate it's very poor Don't join this organisation ever try to stay away from these organisations

People work here are sweet and understanding. they provide you every possible comfort.

Salary hike is low. HR's thought process is everybody can replacable. no job security. first they will hire you on name of google.

Work dependency is less. You have to not depend upon other for your work. Work accordingly to your time.

Salary is less here even if you are working well. Rigid work that mean you have to work repetitive work daily.

The rules of the process are changed continuously and they want perfect work in low salary. The important thing is you won't be working on any specific tool which will help u in future their workbench tool is very slow and even f Get crash in between and when you complain to team leader they will only say your wifi is slow or refresh the page
