Upper level Seniors ( AM,GM ,Junior Manager) are supportive

Dislikes

- Salary Is less as compared to Other companies - when you work so hard you thought I will be permanent in this company but the seniors and senior executive give negative feedback about your performance so they didn't want to permanent you only less salary holder like electricians become permanent because management want to show lowest graph to the managers

The best part is management gives the opportunity to fresher to learn and grow with industry and all other things are also good like salary on time, PF, Bonus, transport etc. management provides to all their employees.
