I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

In this company imported vertical turret lathe and horizontal boring machines are purchase from scrap; those are completely under maintenance. So i have done all maintenance, metrology parts and missing parts manufacturing with design in Autocad and Autodesk fusion 360 . Especially i got to study various mechanisms in the gear boxes. also the project works like blowers, rise husk conveyors, chemical stirrers and electrical crane repairing and installation are done by me. Also do inspection of various vacuum system like OIL SEALED VACUUM PUMPS, DRY VACUUM PUMPS, WATER RING VACUUM PUMP AND EJECTOR VACUUM SYSTEM including fabrication. In this way due to freedom i got experience of all departments.
