...vironment, job security zero, anytime you will get terminated without reason. If they call by offer letter then first you have to take written everything about your expenses and salary. They don't give anything as per verbal communication. They don't give you anything written. Never resign your previous job for this company. I had worst experience in Korba, Chhattisgarh where Vaaman is Contractor of BALCO VEDANTA. Dirty workplace, never maintain hygiene and sanitation properly, washroom, canteen and workplace are not in good condition. Covid guidelines not follow there. Gate Pass procedures like turtle walk process. They provide dirty guest house where every class of worker live together. Take payment in advance and you never feel illness just then go there. If you get any illness viral fever, coughs n cold or any, they want resignation or will terminated without reason.

Salary increments are not given on time. HR team is not cooperative. There are very few opportunities for promotion. Even if it happens, there is no special benefit from it.

The higher management does not have any vision. They are not at all looking for the expansion of company. Don't expect that technical talents will be promoted here. The promoter has some lackeys ( snake like creatures) . However, these snake like creatures have no technical knowledge and they are corrupt like anything. So don't expect much from the management. They take contracts without any consideration to the condition of the site and put the site management under extreme stress for performance.
