Work culture is very bad. HR management is Even worse. Job security is good because company won't fire you because they know that no known person will work again for this conpany.

Dislikes

No fixed job schedule, No fixed date to get salary sometime we got on 20th-25th of the month. Transport facility is not good. No payment for over time. Company wants you to report 20 minutes earlier and leave 20 minutes late. No place to have lunch.

Likes

It's a very good company for mechanical engineers that facilitate all for learning. Supporting staffs are supported all work at all times. Company gives freedom for all to use their innovative ideas for smooth work. Management direct contact with the employees without hesitate.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day. Work not equally distributed to all which is a pain sometimes.

There is freedom to work. You get to learn a lot.

Salary increments are not given on time. HR team is not cooperative. There are very few opportunities for promotion. Even if it happens, there is no special benefit from it.

The higher management does not have any vision. They are not at all looking for the expansion of company. Don't expect that technical talents will be promoted here. The promoter has some lackeys ( snake like creatures) . However, these snake like creatures have no technical knowledge and they are corrupt like anything. So don't expect much from the management. They take contracts without any consideration to the condition of the site and put the site management under extreme stress for performance.
