I always like the working culture of Vaagdhara. Even Senior Facilitation Team and Secretary Vaagdhara always ready to provide supportive supervision to the team members as n when require. In my 11 years working experience, I found this organisation as a place where we can improve our skills and the organisational policies also supportive towards the team members. Organisation always believe that every person who are working with us he or she always associated as a member of the Vaagdhara family.

Dislikes

...er want to do anything new and don't want to improve their skills and knowledge. Only talk about salary. I am sorry for them how they will take their career forward. Therefore I want to request to the other development organisations that you should also avoid campus placements and give opportunities to the experienced people as far as possible.

... the organization excels and even during the Pandemic there was no employee cut. The salary perks and Incremental policy of the organization is far better than any other development organization.

Dislikes

There is nothing much to dislike. The only thing which I noticed is the salary is quite good but the career growth is a bit slow for the employees who are not working in a top management role.

The community for which the organisation is working is quite responsive and the ground staff are very polite and humble

The organizational decision making is to be improved. Team working culture is lacking a bit. And organisational top management has to improve thier guiding skill for new joinees.

There is job security in this pandemic time. Organization also support to employee to grow their skills and increase his/her field knowledge. Vaagdhara policies is very good and they give platform to change the thought of indiduals. Each people learn from other with friendly nature.
