There is nothing for dislike. because I am enjoying my work along with development growth too. Those people came here from campus placement, always try to spoil the atmosphere. They never want to do anything new and don't want to improve their skills and knowledge. Only talk about salary. I am sorry for them how they will take theircareer forward. Therefore I want to request to the other development organisations that you should also avoid campus placements and give opportunities to the experienced people as far as possible....Read More

Employee Friendly and thinks about its employee even after if he/she leaves the organization. Job security is one more aspect in which the organization excels and even during the Pandemic there was no employee cut. The salary perks and Incremental policy of the organization is far better than any other development organization.

Dislikes

There is nothing much to dislike. The only thing which I noticed is the salary is quite good but the career growth is a bit slow for the employees who are not working in a top management role.

Work Details

It's pretty good the management team is quite supporting and the grass root level team is very friendly. I learn more from my job role and got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
