College atmosphere with goddess Vaagdevi and students are fine. The work culture is very liberal except the HODs and thier oldage worst philosophies. They will hang as pillars and will not give any scope for faculty to excel in the campus

Very cheap mentality of HODs, no scope for interaction with management and management will not listen to faculty except HODs wrong communication.

Likes

Its like a second home with great working atmosphere and co-operative colleagues. It give the feel of job security as most of the faculty have been working in the same college since decades. Management 8s friendly, transparent. They motivate and guide us to shape our careers. Company policies are are so framed they they always place us in a zone of comfort and to uplift us. Its a great place to work, once recruited we never feel of getting out of it.

You can find best atmosphere in the campus as the colleagues are very co-operative, students from different backgrounds makes the campus live all the time. Facilities for the faculty are good including seminar hall and well equipped labs for the students. If you are a professional teacher, you can grow very fast.

No Autonomous status is the draw back I observed.
