If you are a third party employee,Salary delay issue of more than 3 months continuously from last 2 years . They don't provide petrol to there site engineer and wants them to move to every site. No salary no petrol. And wants work on time. They don't provide any cell phone reimbursement but wants every employee to deal with public as well as government officials. No growth no increment. Mentally frustating job. Strict timings. Biometric and location tracking.

Working in VA TECH WABAG is such a good experience in this company you will get so many opportunities as a individual to excel in your carrier not only in your field but also in different departments. This company has given me a better opportunity in my starting carrier. The management are amazing, helpful and supportive.

The increment and bonus are not good and training programs are very long duration.

Good work environment and the management ok. Company policies are average, appraisals are average, salary average and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and Salary decent but career growth is slow

The company is very good for trainees. The training conducted by this company makes people learn a lot regarding their job as well as personal life. It is EPC company so trainees are open to choose their own department.

Working hours are a lot and doesn't get any extra pay for extra hours
