...g full freedom for learning but it depends upon as per the immediate supervisor. Company provides good salary scale and opportunities to work with all categories.

The company does not have any standards. Example proper drawing template also not available. Everyone will work as per their opinion and their style. No standard document numbering, list, philosophy is available. As usual the politics will play a major role. It depends upon the immediate supervisor. There is no dedicated drafting member for each disciplines. One should work for Mechanical and the same guy has to work for electrical, instrumentation and even civil also. This is to be Modified. Saturday and Sunday is off. Even though they ask to come and work. Compensation will be provided once in 3 months and that too not provided to so many people's .
