This is the organizarion which Spoiled my career in 2013. Committed me a salary package but immediately after 2 days of joining said that they can not continue with offered package. I had no option as I had already resigned from previous organization. Within six months they laid me off saying that project is completed but in actual case they wanted to earn money from client appointing another people. It is a worst organization and very unprofessional culture.

There is nothing to like in this organization. They are just to earn money from clients and for that they can spoil candidates career by laying them off after 6 months of service.

Nothing good about this organisation. Only money making company. Employees are least important for them, and treated like garbage.

Dislikes

Salary never on point, unnecessary deduction from salary (professional tax). No point of contact available for employees, HR never responds to any mail addressed by any employee. Companies Only focus is on sales. No increments, no salary hike. Not even health care benefits are provided to the employees.

No bonus culture. No increments policy. No discussion for staff betterment. No leave encashment. Speak only on behalf of the client.

My personal experience in this company is very bad. No bonus No increment No extra pay for extra working hours Pressurized job Not a friendly environment No job security Daily pressure of targets achivement Overal very bad experience in this company. I will not refer anyone for this company.
