... sure before u join. There is no appraisal regardless how good u r at your work. V2soft is a mediator and client company will not pay u any increment nothing. You will b deprived off every facilities if u join through v2soft

V2soft is 3rd party. They won't respond to any query neither they will pay u any increment even how long u stay. You join if u r ok to deal with biased policies for direct and offrole employee and will to work with no increment , promotion only with heavy work load..

Some managers are good and encouraging... BUT NOT ALL!!!

Salary is not on-time, there is always one or two days delay. For which they always blame bank server. Inhouse projects are hell... Clients are completely belongs to sales background and have 0 technical knowledge. Every small issues are escalated till CEO and make unnecessary noise. Growth is very less and they will not allow to do new things. Infrastructure team is full of idiots. They take months to resolve small IT issues

... whenever you go out and come in. 2. No cafitaria inside the office premises. 3. There will be salary cut if you don't sit in the office for 8 hours. 4. Not many projects. 5. Company doesn't pay taxes honestly. They will mention perks that you never get in the form 16 to save tax for the company. 6. Management never bothers to address your issues. 7. Create a trouble when you decide to leave the company

The Managers are womenizers and average when it comes to competency. Cheap mentality and the managers mostly interfere in the personal stuff of their subordinates even if we are not interested to share. Pathetic team, pathetic managers. No vision.

In my tenure got good project with good client where I can learn and enhance my skills on Devops next level to Automation Testing.

Salaries are low and minimal hikes as same as any other service based companies are doing
