There is no job security and the management is very pathetic, no one knows anything if you ask for any query also if you are on the contract basis then till the contract ends you are not aware of any information whether the contract gets extended or not but the work gets done in the same patent till the end, and in the end they say that your contract has been ended and we are parting our ways.

Got enough time to up-skill myself. Training sessions helped me a lot to learn new things.

Dislikes

Management, Appraisal, If anyone has the opportunity then only they will get more hike. Those who don’t have other opportunities they don’t get.

I like to write code. Atmosphere, mainly the employees of this organization are very good.

Dislikes

A person should stand with me. A person should stick to the statement what he said earlier. Otherwise I will not be jobless now. I worked 15 hours at a stretch to reach the goal. But I need the help of them, I did not get the help. The project manager should stick to her words.

Likes

Co-workers in the team were always very supportive to me than the management. I made really good friends in the organisation and they are still my friends even after leaving the organisation. Management changed and entire system became more toxic and employees were being treated like cheap labours.

Dislikes

New Managers Ranjeet raha and Braj kishore were the worst manager's and that was the worst management I have ever seen in my life... thank gd they're fired now
