Vxpress company best organisation because I was total 8 year experience in vxpress punchkula and ambala and more experience gain in this company.

I was working with vxpress logistics 8 year but not increasing my salary and post so I m disappointed. I was started my working journey 2012 post of operation assistant still to 2022 post of operation assistant

100 % Job security. ( even in Lock down 100% timely salary & compensation without elimination of any Employee) . Great work culture & Excellent Professional Management.. Company policy is Highly supportive to their employee..

Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good, they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

My company's One small division is closed in 13 February 2020 i am work in this division but its close and company terminated me and now dont give my pending salary....company its not close fully just one small division is close.. Please help me for my salary and pettol allowance ....they terminated me on the phone.. They said me on the phone on 13th February not give me a notice to close.

very worst company. do not ready to pay salary also on time and not favor of employee in case of accident. very poor organization. no work satisfactifaction

no training at all , no job security , no career growth , no salary on time , no appraisal criteria , no travel allowances , no new learning , no work culture , no good environment , no work life balance, After work of 10 hour attend call in night every day at 1 to 2 am.
