We have to work for both our salary as well as some uneducated illiterated selfish minded manager salary as well. They won't come to office but they get full salary. We work 15 hrs a day, but if we took leave for 2 days they will cut the salary. They do some illegal activities by breaching company's SOP, Coimbatore RM utter waste nonsense fellow

It's a great place to work certified company and you will definitely fill it here, On time salary on the last day of month is the best thing everyone liked by those working here.

As of 60+ year old company some old people are there who are playing politics and doing mental harassment with new comers. But this thing you can overcome with perfect work and honesty.

Work culture is good, and job security is also excellent, timely salary, no vendor payment issue. Senior are also suppotive

Everything is good but appraisal is poor as per performance, some internal politics is also there.

Gives Salary on time, this is the only thing which I like about the company, work culture is worst if you work in a branch.

No perks and benifit, they wanted you to work 10+ hours daily. You don't get official holidays as well if you are working in a branch.

Overall if want to learn about logistics you just have to spent sometimes in this company.

The salary structure of this company is worst Comapare to other Logistics firm. And work environment is not good for new joiners.
