They don't use bad language with employees. and initially, they look like very good human beings. they show the care and empathy in start.

Dislikes

...y do not want to spend money, but they want the same result as other corporates. Finally, they don't maintain integrity and can block your salary and expenses. may ask you to stay at some friend's house with family and will hesitate to arrange an apartment for you if you were sent to deputation. they will keep you waiting for the money of salary and expenses till you cry for it and financially not much sound hence this could be their genuine problem also we never know. they want the work should be done in their own way without having knowledge of the market but with your expertise hence you will not be able to produce the result as you are responsible for the result if you do it by implementing your own ideas. so This feedback is not to just blame but to guide someone who will join this company that in start only he can make these points clear. then he can have great future or immediate clarity.

Vsi have good organization, good working culture, employee have lot of freedom but some people have take advantage about company culture. Hardworking employee not reflect to uppar level management they have not appreciated about work.becauee people has Been not transfer proper information to uppar level management.

Dislikes

In Oxford dictionary that have one words harmonization about your company policy..because of un equale policy. HR department they have no any rule his department. Other department other rule .1 company 1 rule 1 policy that policy does not have in company.

Likes

Organisation is good in work culture and flexible with respect to their employees. It also provides transportation facility for their parts. If you want to learn politics within small group and little things then the organisation will be a great opportunity for you.

Dislikes

Very small oragnisation which comes to less skilled. Not having strong policies of leaves and helath benifits. Not having good hospitality and canteen facility as well.

Likes

It's a great open zone where you can explore your skill to your workplace, Management support 24/7 to support any of there employee of any level whenever required. And most importantly it is a environment to learn daily new topics and work related activities without any hesitation or issue..

Dislikes

1. No Mediclaim for parents. 2. Transportation facility is only in general shift 3. Increment happens yearly but the month is not fixed.
